Polyurethane foams are a great way to fill voids, and to accomplish a great number of other tasks. Our customers are always surprising us with new things they want foam to do, And in most cases, we can help them to adapt our equipment and our foam to their specific tasks.

Free Rising Foam

This is how most users apply Foam In Place packaging foam, and how foam is dispensed for a variety of other applications. Poly film is used, if needed, to protect the container and the items being shipped.

Molded Foam Cushions

If your application calls for multiples of the same package, consider a molding operation. By using a simple plywood mold, you can produce dozens or hundreds of the same cushion. This allows you to utilize slow periods to make these cushions in advance, and then quickly package your product when necessary, using the stockpiled cushions.

There are many other uses for molded cushions, including fabricating insulated boxes for food preservation or medical specimens.

We work with H. D. Carry Inc. to help customers with their molding applications. They will also produce your cushions or your insulated boxes for you, if you prefer.

Foam In Bag

Some customers prefer to dispense foam into a bag. We have a Bag Rack available, as an accessory. It’s similar to a supermarket bag rack: just pull the next bag open, shoot some foam inside, pull the bag off, fold it over, and drop it into your box.

Remote Application

E-Z Flow has also developed a Remote Dispensing Head, that can be used with our Timer systems for robotic and other remote applications. This takes the place of the Dispensing Gun, and is triggered automatically by the Controller. This can be used on an assembly line, or in locations where humans couldn’t go.
