The E-Z Flow Foam Packaging
System is available for either 110 or 220 Volts, and can operate
on 50 or 60 Hertz current. The System also requires clean compressed
air at 100-120 PSI (about 2 1/2 CFM). Our pneumatic design allows
for a lighter and easier to use gun, which lasts longer and is easier
to repair than electrically operated guns.
Our Standard System consists of a Controller, a set of two 20-ft Internally Heated Hoses, and the air-operated Dispensing Gun.

Light Duty: the STREAMER® Low Cost, FULL VOLUME Foam Packaging System!
This system uses a miniaturized electronic control
circuit, mounted on the back of the gun, to control the chemical
temperatures. So now you can see the temperatures as you are using
the gun, without having to look over at the wall. There is NO CONTROLLER
in a big box to mount on the wall. Everything is right there in
your hand...and it sells for $1000 LESS than our standard system!
The STREAMER is the lowest cost full volume system on the market
today! An excellent choice for the occasional Foam In Place packaging
user.

Here's the whole system! 20-ft heated hoses, the same reliable L1A gun, and the new STREAMER Electronic Control Board, with a small switch box mounted on the hoses
Medium Duty: Our GHC-110 system

This is the backbone of E-Z Flow's line. The GHC-110 will handle the needs of 80% of our customers. Flexible, capable of a wide range of applications, reliable, and reasonably priced, our 110 system has satisfied hundreds of E-Z Flow users. Components of this system are described below.
Heavy Duty: The GHC-220

When you need a lot of foam, or a system that can stand up to continuous use, you need our GHC-220. It's built to take the constant demands of an assembly line setup, or to fill the largest containers. With over three times the heating power of the GHC-110, you don't have to worry about temperature recovery times while dispensing.
Timer Option
For customers who need repeatability, and fine control of output, we have an Electronic Timer available. This will allow you to time shots within a tenth of a second, down to .5 second.
Our NEW LPS Spray System

E-Z Flow now offers a low pressure Spray System, which will enable casual users to apply spray foams without the expense and inconvenience of bulky and high priced special equipment.
Offered with the same Electronic Controller and 20-ft hoses as our standard pour equipment, and using an adaptation of our standard Dispensing Gun, the LPS System offers an economical alternative to equipment costing three times as much!
System components:
Controller Unit
This is our 110 Volt Controller Unit, as described above (220 Volt is also available, as noted under our GHC-220 System above). The enclosure measures approx. 11" wide, 13" high, and 7" deep. It's flanged for convenient mounting. Color-coded 8-ft leads are provided for the hose heater blocks (see below), and a 10-ft power cord is attached. 220V units ship with L6-30 plugs, unless otherwise requested.
The Controller allows precise temperature settings for each heated hose independently. Circuit protection is also independent for both hoses.
E-Z Flow's factory temperature settings are 135° F for the "A" hose, and 155° F for the "B" hose. These are easily changed in the field, with the programming information provided with the unit, but not to exceed 170° F. Other settings are programmed by E-Z Flow, and we recommend consulting with us before attempting to make any changes.
Internally Heated Hoses

Our Heater Assemblies are unique in the industry. By placing the heating units inside the hoses, we allow much better control of temperature, and less power is needed to maintain the same temperature vs. external heaters.
Hose assemblies are 20 feet long, which allows operators substantial freedom to move around while using the equipment. The hose assemblies' braided stainless steel outer covering provides maximum protection, flexibility, and durability.
The "A" and "B" hoses are clearly marked, and are color coded red and blue to match the leads from the controller.
Dispensing Gun

We are especially proud of the E-Z Flow Dispensing Gun. This unique design provides a comfortable, ergonomically designed grip, and controls that are easy to understand and use. The gun is light, well balanced, and easy to point and control. Routine care and maintenance are also designed to be quick, simple, and safe.
The gun is actuated by compressed air at 100-120 PSI, as are the Drum Pumps. The system requires about 2 CFM of compressed air in continuous use.
The heart of this design is the removable, rebuildable, self-cleaning Cartridge Assembly. This assembly contains the mixing chamber, where the two chemicals are combined under pressure. Typically, the polyurethanes used by our customers are mixed at a 1:1 ratio, and their density is between .3 and .75 pounds per cubic foot. However, E-Z Flow would be happy to discuss applications with chemicals with other properties. We will recommend a configuration based on your blend and your special requirements. Please see our Applications page for more information.
Drum Pumps and Accessories

As part of our turnkey package, E-Z Flow offers a set of two IPM stainless steel pneumatic Drum Pumps, with pressure relief valves. These are a recognized industry standard pump, and will operate with any standard polyurethane compounds, in 55-gallon drums. Other pump sizes are available, for other drum sizes or for non-standard applications; please contact us for details.
We also offer a full line of accessories, including a "holster" stand for the Dispensing Gun, which includes a cleaning brush and solvent tray; a hose hanger, to keep the hoses up away from the working area and allow easier operation; and other useful accessories.
