First, you’re going to talk to a human being, who is going to find out what you’re looking for, what you have now, and what we can do for you. We will never try to pressure you into buying something from us. In fact, we don’t want to sell you anything at all until we know exactly what you want. Because if you don’t get what you want from us, you won’t be happy with us as a supplier, and we want you to come back.
Most businesses have big customers and small customers. We don’t. We have customers. What you need, and whether you’re happy with us, matters just as much to us, whether you buy $1000 a year from us, or $100,000 a year.
If you have an E-Z Flow system, and you’re having a problem with it, we want you to call us and talk about it. The first person you talk to will probably be John Gowen, our Sales Manager. He can talk you through most common problems. If he feels he needs to escalate your issue, he will talk to one of the service techs here, or he will get me involved. I’m Jim Train, the president of the company, and I often talk to customers.
Most of the time, we can get you back up and running just by talking to you on the phone. If you do need repair parts, we ship them the same day. No excuses. If you need it tomorrow, you’ll have it tomorrow (unless UPS or Fed Ex let us down again; it has happened before, but we always ship the same day).
We’re not interested in forcing you to pay to get your system operational again. We prefer to help you in such a way that you don’t spend any money at all. And if I can spend thirty minutes or so on the phone with you, and at the end of the call, you’re making good foam again, then I think that’s time well spent.
